Consume 2 servings per day
1 serve is 200mL drinking water with 4 scoops of powder
Measure 200ml of drinking water.
For best results, add powder to water, not water to powder.
Using the enclosed scoop, fill scoop and level off using built-in leveller on can. Avoid compacting powder.
Add four level scoops of powder to the water and stir or shake until dissolved. Serve immediately. Do not store for more than 24hrs in the refrigerator.
